onex and voicemail pro

Voicemail pro and Onexportal on same server

I cannot get voicemail pro appliance to turn green. I tried server ip and also 127.0.0.1

After reading manual I noticed it is suggested IIS to be isntalled before voicemail pro. Voicemail pro has been installed on this server for ages and I did not make sure IIS was installed before hand. May this be affecting how one-x portal voicemail pro appliance works?

You need to make a backup of vmpro and uninstall it.
Then install iis and then install vmpro.
If the web services do not show up while installing then stop the install and make sure you setup iis correctly.
Only then it will work together.
