OneBox problem with Immediate Msg Notification

I have a problem with OneBox 5.0 Sp1 and Sp3 integrated with MxOne 4.1 Sp4 to SIP.
Immediate notification of external number does not take place.
If a mailbox active and active Message Notification This function does not work.
What can be the problem?

msi settings should have been MWI settings.

Immediate notification of external number? Is it the MWI lamp that is not lid (lamp turned on) or?
Or is the recognition of mobile phones calling in to the OneBox?
