OneBox MD110 integration 3

I want to configure OneBox 3.0 for a MD110 BC12SP4. There is a document from OneBox that shows the programming steps:
1. Programming NIU port for Voice Mail.
2. Initiating the Information Computer Function.
3. Initiating the Voice Mail Function.
After the VMFUI command, when I tried to initiate a voice-mail port: VMPOI:IFCIND=1,DIR=3001&&3004,PORT=001; the message "No license available" has appeared.
Do I need special licenses for analog extensions declaring these extension as voice-mail extension type?

you need license's

do a LIDAP and it will show you what licenses you have already, and how many you have used out of your avialable licences

You need lcence:
VM-ETH-INTERFACE FAL104535 if VM is connected to NIU via Ethernet
Or
VM-V24-INTERFACE FAL104534 if VM is connected to NIU using serial link (RS232)

But you need a license for [red]Voice Mail port.[/red]

We have purchased the VM-ETH-INTERFACE FAL104535 license.
I think the IP link between MD110 and OneBox server is working properly because I have tested with OneBox configuration tools ( Control Panel/ OneBox/ Switch ... )and I have no alarm in MD110.
My new problem is that I can't transfer calls even if I set Blind Transfer, Confirmed Transfer or Transfer in Call Processor settings. If I call the directory number of hunting group, the message is playing ( I used the default message from Day Call Processor: 000 ) and after I have dialled the number of desired extension I'm receving disconnect tone and the specific extension is ringing one time.
I thought that the problem was because of Recognition time for clear ( Parnum=252) and Recognition time for Hookflash ( Parnum=253 ). I have set in OneBox and MD110 recognition time for flash 500ms and recognition time for clear 1000ms but the problem is the same.
Please advice me with this issue.
