Onebox Manager/Sec setup

If the Sec' has VM and the Managers dont but are System diverted to Sec' (to field calls),is it possible for callers to get to the Sec's personal VM box if she is busy/unavailable?

I seem to get a default VM message because the MD sees the Manager doesnt have VM.

The way to do it would be to put the managers extn as an alternate extension. As the switch forwards the originating number.
