During integration of lotus notes and onebox,i realize an administrator has to create an email account on lotus notes server,which is used to integrate with onebox for unified messaging. Cisco call manager forwards emails directly without creation of an account,also in one of my installation am challenged on how printers send emails via SMTP while in Aastra Onebox,admin has to create an email account on lotus notes server. Is there a way Onebox can forward voice mails-to-email through SMTP support?
