Hi I have One-x on a UC module v8.0.10-3.el6, could somebody please help with a couple of questions

My questions are as follows -

1, Can the IP Office Outlook pluggin be made to open every time you open up Outlook we are using 2010?
2, Is instant chat only available while logged into the portal web page ?

That's a shame for an instant messaging system this isn't so instant

You can use an XMPP chat client for instant messaging without being logged on to the web page
(Pidgin is one option)

Pidgin is an open source IM client and works with almost everything

a quick check on my linux box shows it is compatible with:-

XMPP (pretty much the IM Standard protocol)
Aim
Bonjour
Facebook (XMPP)
ICQ
IRC
Google Talk
Yahoo
MSN

& Many more I have never heard of
