One-x portal

Hi,

earlier this year we set up call center in company with 2 work places. Since set up we are using One-x updated to the last version and the issue we having is every few months One-X wont allow user to log in with msg: "Invalid user credentials".
Usually fix is restart VM, but it's usually not possible during active hours.
Last problem was 20 days ago, and now happened again.

So any insight into the issue I greatly appreciated.

When you say restart VM, do you mean Voicemail or is this a virtual machine?

Is there Server Edition or an IP 500, and what version are you running?

First thing I would start checking is that there are no users with any punctuation in their usernames. That always screws up one-x
 
Sorry, but after long soul searching i found the symptom but not the culprit.

In avaya IP office system status>voip security>blacklisted addressees apparently something is trying to log in in avaya system with wrong password and after failure attempts avaya blocks web access to HTPPS.
Connection is coming from 127.0.0.1 but I have no idea what it is.

Frequency of this failures is shorter and shorter.
