Am installing OneX Portal. Using 9.1.7 IPOffice and 9.1.7 OneX Portal.
All goes well until I click on "Get All" in the Configuration- Users.
No users of the IPO are displayed. Only the "grayed out" default users of the OneX.
I do get a Failed Status under Health, Component status (DSML Provider), which is the IP address of the IPO.
The CSTA Provider passes.
Have uninstalled the OneX softwre several times looking for something lefty out. Have checked the secrity settings in the IPO, have turned off firewall in server, can ping both ways.
Sure could use some help from some of you guys out there. Always get good "Stuff" fro you guys.
Thanks in advance...

?Have you configured any IP Office users as being one-X Portal users.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Yes I have. But I don't get that far. In Admin- Configuration- Users, all the users in the system should be recognized, or it does on other portals I have working already.

try redoing the security settings for the EnTCP.. user

There should also be an error message in component status...

Is this Server Edition / App Server or Windows for one-X?
Check the DSML provider configuration under Admin -> Configuration -> DSML Provider. Check if the port and secure mode is set correctly. For timebeing you can disable secure connection and also set the port correctly (80 for insecure connection, 443 for secure).
If the DSML provider corresponding to IPO is green, and if users are not showing up, then try Force Directory Sync.
