One-x portal web disconnects

I have done an upgrade from One-X portal from R8 to R10.1 everything works on several pc´s (Windows 10.1) but on some (mainly Windows 7) the client will get registered, but it looses connection to the server. They can reconnect but will disconnect after several minutes. Has anyone know what I can check?

I have done a re-install of the one-x portal and now the customer can login and it stays stable;
However I have still some issues with the one-x portal.

- Outlook plugin and one-x portal webbrowser don´t give the correct information in conversation history or messaging.
For example, in the outlook plugin I have no new messages and on the webbrowser I have 2 new messages.

In the call history i have tried 10 times, in outlook plugin I see the number with 7 attempts instead of 10 and in the browser I see the same number with 1 attempt.

Anyone has some clues?
