One-X Portal VM Reappears after deletion

Anyone have the same problem as me? If you delete a voicemail with One-X Portal, about an hour later, the voicemail reappears. When it deletes from the Account Directory of VM Pro, it pops back up in Portal stating UNKNOWN. Anyone with the same problem?

Maintenance releases just came out today but the CQ's didn't mention any of my issues.
