one x portal upgrade installer error

I am trying to update one-x portal and I am getting the following error

The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2738.

Any ideas?

Ive tried that. No good

Do the following:
1. Run a command prompt in administrator mode (Start/All Programs/Accessories/ right click on Command Prompt, select Run As Administrator)
2. type: cd %systemroot%\system32
3. type: regsvr32 vbscript.dll

reinstall the upgrade

Do you have CCR installed on the same server?
You seem to have problems for both.
CCR And one-x portal cannot be installed on the same server.

I tried your suggestion intrigrant but still not working and they are both on separate servers tlpeter.
