One X Portal system is unavailable

What are the suggested solutions if only one or two users try to login to their One X Portal have the message 'phone system is unavailable' displayed? When we try to login other users off the user's computer, it is successful. But, the one or two people who try, cannot. Is there something that needs to be reset?

on the user tab, is enable one x portal services ticked?

Did you chatnged the username and/or password of the IP Office ( I hope you did ).

But don't forget to also change this in the administrator mode of the One-x Portal. Otherwise the portal wont be able to connect to the IP Office.

The customer did not tell me, just stated not to worry about it.
