Hello all,
First I want to say I have been a "browser" of this site for years and have come across some very helpful information over the years. Thank you!
I am not formally trained in phones but have picked up a lot of knowledge over the last couple of years supporting an IP Office farm. That being said, I have a question about one-X portal setup.
Here is how my setup looks:
primary virtual server (one-X portal runs on this)
secondary virtual server
6 500v2 servers at different physical locations throughout our org, but all on the same layer 2 network. Same vlan.
My issue is when I try and set up a one-X portal user, who has a phone on a 500v2, the system just sits and tries to connect to the server and never does. Credentials are good because if I try using the wrong password it tells me so. One-X portal users work great if they have a phone on the primary server. What am I missing here?
I hope I gave you all enough info. Probably a simple solution for someone who has installed these before.
Thanks!
