Has any one got one-x pulgin for outlook working in outlook 2010

Yes. When you install it, right click the exe file and select run as administrator. That did it for me.

I have it working too.
I just run the exe and not even as administrator but i have administrator rights on my pc.

I have full admin rights on my machine as well. I got the 'run as admin' hint from one of the Avaya guys during the 8.0 trials. It made no sense to me, but it fixed it. I run Win 7 64 bit and Outlook 2010, so perhaps it was the 64 bit part that was hosing it.

I have a 32-bit machine so you could be rigt.

I have Win7 64-bit and Outlook 2007 So no problem here it runs fine.

Windows 64-bit and Outlook 2010 32-bit here working just fine.

Are you simply taking a poll or did you actually need some assistance?

The problem i am having is the plugin will load and give the status of some extensions and the can't set my status and call functions don't work

Win 7 32bit Outllok 2010

I installed a couple more in our organisation and it seems to be very slow now!
When you use the call assistant or the webinterface then the status is correct.

Always nice that it works the whole trial and when the trial is over then it stops working :)

Hi

Got the working to a fashion BLF works but still cannot call from the plugin and no voicemail indication.

But if I dial from the phone it shows that I am on the phone and I can drop the call from the plugin

Any ideas

Hi
Back to square one outlook plugging not working after update no BLF no call functions
Firewall off
And run install as administrator
Web works ok
Any ideas

You're running IE9 so that's why it won't work. Just to try, login on the 1XP site using IE9 hit SHIFT + F12 the goto script then press run error button. Then see if it will show no new messages, then login into the outlook plugin.

Only install as admin is not enough.
You need to run Outlook as admin too.
This has fixed it for me.

I have also found an issue with Symantec endpoint antivirus if you are running that. Seems if you are running the network intrusion feaure ( that's not the correct name) but it is one of the features in there seems to be stopping parts of call assistant and the outlook plugin from working. If I disable that part of the antivirus and logg of and login again they will work correctly.
