DO you require UMS to be running and licensed for the Play Through Computer option to work - for the replay of voicemail ?

Not that I'm aware of, I mean besides the office/power license. UMS does not need to be licensed/running. Though, I remember having issues with it when it first came out for windows servers.

That what I thought. But it will not replay the button responds and no sound. ( Ihave checked the sound on the PC etc)

If i try through the One X Portal is says that the Web Voicemail is not running - hence why the UMS question
