the only issue is connecting to the one-x system. I can access the one-x portal inside / outside the firewall but only as administrator. I cannot login as a user or mobile devices will not connect.

IPO is configured as much as possible as the SIP trunks aren't delivered, did the ignite process for the UC module, connected to Exchange etc. and all systems show green in the management display.

IPO - 9.0.300.941
VCM64V2 - 9.0.300.941
UCM 9.0.300.941
One -x Version 9.0.3.0 build 42

Thanks,

What IP Address did you specify for the IPO during the ignition process?

I am reasonably sure that I used 10.100.12.18 which is the inside IP address. How can I verify for sure?

if you did then that is incorrect you should be giving the "Back Pane" Ip address 169.254.0.1

We were recently caught out by strange behaviour for exactly this reason

Sorry, not trying to be daft, and I appreciate your assistance more that I can put into words...

How do I change the back pane IP? - Don't want to screw something up.

not daft at all, as I said it caught us
you need to install & reinstall the ONE-X so you can configure it correctly (easily done from the upgrades tab of the c110 web administration page).
the Backpane IP Address is not changeable.

Thanks IPGuru

So once I started using the right user information I am able to open the one x portal and is working.

Only two issues now is the one-x mobile preferred clients won't connect. Getting connection refused error.

On the phones randomly getting a retrieval error.
