Hello hopefully someone here may have an answer or solution,

Basically I'm having a very odd issue with One-x, it will work and then out of the blue customer will call me stating that they cannot login with any id on all computers. I'm able to login to the administration and there is no errors and all services are working fine, but even from the server PC I'm unable to login to user accounts, receives an error stating "The phone system is currently unavailable, try again later".

No other customers are having this issue and our place of business who also is using it are having no issues. I've followed all the technical documents and exhausted my options completely. I cant see anything wrong in the logs, and it can be temp. fixed by either a restart to the PC, a restart to the service, or reinstall of One-x. (Sometimes needs it done multiple times before it works)

Version info:
IP Office™ Platform , 10.1.x Service Pack 4
Avaya IP Office IP500V2 Version: 10.1.0.4.0.build 7 (latest)
One-x Portal for IP Office Version: 10.1.0.4.0 build 4 (latest)

Only real error I get is the following which I cannot find much info on, but have followed the steps found here (

Anyone have any ideas?

Still having this trouble, anyone have any ideas?

Rebuild what though? I've uninstalled one-x and deleted the database and deleted all files and folders, then restarted the PC before reinstalling one-x fresh.

Sorry I thought it was an applications server. What OS is the PC running?

Not supported mate. Win Server 2012, 2012 R2 and 2016 are the supported OS's.

Consider just installing application server on that PC (Linux)

That's not Avaya's download site. And check the official Avaya documentation.

Ah, I've now worked out your confision on the whole Windows 10 thing! Here, I've corrected the wording on the website for you!

(I inserted the comma for you)

I had the same problem.... I first installed on a windows 10 machine and could log into the Administrator portal but nothing else. once I installed the One-X software on a Windows Server (after being told the same thing they are telling you), everything worked great!
