One-x portal integration with Salesforce.com - reviews

Hey All,

I'm looking to move a customer of mine onto the IP Office and I want to introduce the one-x portal plugin for salesforce to them... after looking through everywhere I could think of I can not find a demo, just the installation and configuration guide. This is my first time working with the sales force and I would really appreciate it if someone could kind of go over the functionality for me. Obviously I know it can make and receive calls put them on hold, transfer and conference but I am more interested in the way it works with the pop ups. i.e. the contact info or the opportunity.

Any info is appreciated.

IMO the SF plugin is not performing well enough for me as an Avaya IPO Engineer to consider it working.


I'm testing with the lastest versions of Firefox, Chrome and IE and IPO R9 SP1
