one-X Portal for IP Office Call Assistant 3

I have recently gone over the new r6 delta and found the feature call assistant which looks quite useful. The problem is I can't locate any more information about it apart from the following link

. Where is the download for this add in located and also does anyone have anymore information on it???

Just seen why I couldn't find the info as well as it wasn't in the v6 knowledgebase but the v5 one. No wonder when I searched for it it didn't find the info. At least I know I am not going mad

those tossers in the scansource / avaya seminar didnt mention this and said there are no applets that run anymore (e.g phone manager close to task bar)

but there is.

Doesn't work indeed could not resist to try again.
It ruins the user in 1XP if you enable it.

I had the call assistant working with the balloon
But do not select pop browser or your user can not have a license assigned to it anymore!

I am trying a restart of the service to see if that fixes it but i am afraid i need to do a reinstall (again) to get it working again.

Restarting the service did not work.
How it works for now and on your own risk!!!!!!!

Install the call assistant and do nothing else in 1XP !!!

Register the call assistant and be sure it is connected.
Only then login as administrator in 1XP and enable "show balloon tip" and NOT "pop browser"


Only then the call assistant works.

Oke, 1XP browser stops working when the call assistant is configured !!!

It works when "show balloon tip is NOT selected but if you like the balloon then the webpage does not work anymore!!!

Right now it is one ore the other.

did anyone ever get anywhere with this...tried it, installed all ok but ballon tip does not work and not its giving

no license available messages now i have installed.

licenses are ok
services are ok, restarted to see but did nothing..any help

on latest version

Maxwell, you have broken your 1XP now!!!
You need to do a complete reinstall now.
Why ? because it does not work yet.
The option is still there but should not used.
