In One-X Portal, is there a way to insert the 9 similar to the Outlook Plugin? For example, a user does a copy and paste for a phone number on a website?

No. You can't configure any dialing rules in OneX Portal.

Thats what i thought. How wonderful.

Thank you

Settings-->Dial Plan

Then Settings-->Enterprise Dialing-->Dial Plan

This is One-X Portal for IP Office 9.0.4 build 10.
I do not see that in the Portal. I believe that is in the One-X Mobile Settings.

You could simply reprogramm the system so that 9 is not needed for line access

(I assume you must be in the USA because default cfg for European systems is to not require a line access prefix)

SC: N;
TN: N
Feature: Dial

should do it

it takes most users about 10 seconds to grasp the concept that they do not need to dial 9, just like at home ;-)

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

I wish it were that easy and i did consider that as an option but quickly squashed it. With 500+ users all over the USA, setting the dial delay counts and such would create l of tickets and complaints about calls taking to long to connect or i called someone internally when i was trying to call outside. Best option is tell everyone that the One-X Portal Requires the 9 just like the phone. [smile]
