Hi Guys,
New guys here - Hello - I look after a few companies using IP office 500 and have slowly taught myself the ins and outs but I have a few questions and I found this Forum.
1. Why does the one x portal version 7 with ip office 500 v7 not show any chat (IM) options for the users? This is on a cent os linux install running VMpro and Onex on same vbox.
2. Is there any kind of build in call reporting with IP office beyond that given is system manager app? If not I am looking at purchasing Xima Chronicall or similar, any good ones out there?
