one x portal chat and call reporting Qs

Hi Guys,

New guys here - Hello - I look after a few companies using IP office 500 and have slowly taught myself the ins and outs but I have a few questions and I found this Forum.

1. Why does the one x portal version 7 with ip office 500 v7 not show any chat (IM) options for the users? This is on a cent os linux install running VMpro and Onex on same vbox.

2. Is there any kind of build in call reporting with IP office beyond that given is system manager app? If not I am looking at purchasing Xima Chronicall or similar, any good ones out there?

just to clarify the IP office system in question is a ip office 500 v2 r7

The chat is there but i cannot recall where it is in R7.

For reporting i can recommend Xima Chronicall.
It is good and will even be better in a while.

Its good to hear that the chat should be there, does anyone know where it is?

Anyone used the cent OS vmpro/one x?

Got a quote for chronical at about £750 so looking good function wise.
