One X Portal administration configuration

I log into the One X Portal administrator profile. I was looking at the health for the 6 items listed. The VOICEMAIL Provider has a status of failed. Everything else is in green, available. I see that the failed item has the correct ip address of the vm server. I stopped and restarted the service as well.

Also,

What is the password for each user to login to the portal? I am fairly new to this application so any help is appreciated.

Password is set via Manager > User > Telephony > Supervisor Settings

Is the voicemail server hosted on the uc module or do you have a stand alone box hosting voicemail?

Is One-X portal installed on a Windows server?
If yes is IIS installed by the book?

I had the vm server IP address pointed to the wrong address, off by 1. Then it came up as healthy. Now I am trying to login with a user, and I get an error that 'authentication failed, check the user name and password'. The directory is synced because it does populate all the users. I made the pw 1234 for ease. I tried with a different user and it did not accept. Is there a default password that I am missing or something else?

The One X Portal is installed on server 2008R2

Never mind. I had to be specific with the username, capitalize whatever is capitalized in IP Office config.
