I setup the One-X Portal for a client running IPO500V2 9.0.5 w/VMPro. They are all running Office 2010, and I installed the Outlook plugin and Call assistant. Everything seems to be running OK, but I have a few really minor questions that the client asked:

1) The plugin does not seem to load automatically when Outlook starts. We have to click on "Add-ons" and then IPO every time to get it to load. Anyone know how to get it to load automatically?

2) The plugin shows the icon indicating the user's status (i.e. Green check -Available, Blue X - DND, etc) but you currently have to hover over the name to see the status message. Does anyone know a way to get the status message to appear without hovering over?

Thanks!

1. It is a build in security issue with outlook, ask Micro$oft
2. Not possible.

1 -> 9.1 will autostart the plugin so you will need to upgrade
2 -> like already said, not possible

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

They will be upgrading to 9.1 shortly, so good news on #1. As for #2, I figured that it was not possible, but it doesn't hurt to ask!

Thank you for your quick responses.
