one x plugin needs a 9 inserted to call out, ipofficehelp.com link is gone

the link to ipofficehelp.com is not working. I tried a search first.
I have plug in version 8.1.76.80
ip office 500 r8.1
outlook 10
it is working,however
I need to know how to add a 9 for ars access.
I changed my outlook contacts and added a 9, that works but it reprogrammed my cell phone contacts as well.(should have known,)(turned off sync. on iphone, it deleted all my iphone contacts.)
any info will be appreciated.

I noticed the documentation you sent me to was for r9
would that plugin function on my r8?
if so, I don't have it, and the one I have is 315 mb.

Do you know how to install the plugin?
Each version has it's own version of the call assistant.
So no it won't work on 8.x
Dialplan can be configured in the settings.

do I have to upgrade to 9 to get a settings tab on the plugin, or am I missing something?
the plugin version is the same on all 3 of my ipo's . they are all rls 8.1

Sorry, been away. Yes, looks like the dialing rules are only available in 9.0. Don't have a pre-9.0 to play with, ie. to see whether the general Outlook dialing rules can be applied or any other methods.

so it looks like a pretty use-less piece of software that I was sold.
my extension numbering precludes me using the shortcode method as the station numbers at this office haven't been changed in years
