One X Personal Directory

I have an issue with One-X where users can only add 1 contact to each of the personal groups they create. When another is added, it simply overwrites the other contact.

I have just tried it on our in-house system and get exactly the same thing.

We are on V9 and use the Application Server to run our One-X

Anyone else seen this?

No issue here on One-x portal Version: 9.0.0.0 build 523

Re-synced directories in One-X and restarted One-X service.

This seems to have sorted the issue.

I do have one other reported problem though. Client reports that not all calls are being recorded on each persons One-X. One person says they were on a lengthy call but no record of this in One-X. Has anyone seen this?
