IP 500 V2 with a Windows one-X server on server 2012. Ports are forwarded on the Firewall. Mobile Client connects and shows Voip enabled, shows in SSA and Sys Mon. Issue is when I go to make an out bound call I never see it going out and the client goes back to the Home Screen. If I call the DID for the Mobile client the call completes and we have 2 way Audio.

Any assistance would be greatly Appreciated

Firewall is a Fortigate 100D

Mine does the same thing, my reseller cannot fix it I can't call in or out using the VOIP on my phone.

I've noticed that one x mobile seems to have the most post on here by far, if you ask me they should have stayed with phone manager pro. At least that worked, one x needed more beta testing prior to releasing

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

One-X Mobile has nothing to do with phonemanager :)
One-X mobile with the voip option just requires more knowledge then the default IPO knowledge.
It needs to be setup by the book or it will fail.

well then lots do not read the books because it seems to be the most posted problem on this forum by far

I know and i don't understand really :)
Till now every install works and only one took some more time due to a firewall setting which was not very obvious.

I have a feeling this is a Firewall inbound issue - Just trying to prove it to the people that manage that device. Set this up several other times and had always worked .

Do you see anything in monitor?

I see the Ext register but never see it attempting to make a call

Which ports are forwarded (name them all except for the RTP ports)

SIP - 5060 - 5061 TCP and UDP To IPO
H323 - 1719 -1720 To IPO
HTTP 80 To IPO

Ports 5222, 8080, 8063, 8443, 8444 and 9443 TCP to the One-X Server

For One-X Mobile you do not need 1719-1720 and port 80.
If you have remote H.323 phones then you do not need port 80.
Does the phone has the latest release of One-X mobile?
What mobile phone is used?
Did you try making the mobile phone factory default?

It is an iPhone and is the latest IP Office mobile app. I can use this on my IP Office in my Office - Only difference is I am running a Server Edition.

The server edition is different.
The server only need one fqdn while an ip500v2 needs two fqdn's
Do you have configured two?

yes and they both resolve to the same public IP

Other phone do work or they fail too?

I have them testing internal now - but no mobile out side the office is working to make an outbound call

If it works internally then I also think it is the firewall.
