one-X Mobile - Status - Initializing

Trying to setup one-X Mobile on a IP500V2 Demo Unit with UC Module (Rls. 9.1.1). Using IP address for XMPP Server address. one-X Mobile App for iPhone connects but get Orange light (Status is "Initializing since today, X:XX pm).
