Hi, I was trying to connect my mobile phone to our IPO500v2. I'm not sure what I need to change to be able to connect.. I've set myself up as a Power User and enabled the One-x Portal option.. I've also enabled One-x Telecommuter and Remote Worker to see if those were related somehow. Under mobility for my user, I've enabled the One-X Mobile Client as well.
What else am I missing? I'm able to login to the One-X portal and have been able to use the softphone on my PC as well without problems. I guess I should note that we are using the UCM for this.. if that makes any difference.
