I have a customer trying to use One-x Mobile Preferred Voip mode syetm is 9.0.4.965 that we get the application to register and show fully connected.

Tried from both Android (Samsung Galaxy s3 4.4 Android OS and from IPhone 5) Make first call from Android App and works perfect. Disconnect that call and try to make a second call and every subsequent call app dtmf is delayed on second call and have one way audio external party called can hear me but no audio back, third call no dtmf from app and press send to dial app shows trying but never sends call outbound. disconnect and reconnect one-x mobile and app gives different error messages 12, 13,

Tried both from Wifi and from LTE network same result.

Power off the mobile phone and power back on start app and first call after reboot works again but subsequent calls perform the same as listed above. Contacted Disti support. They say they haven't seen this. Told me to try other One-x Mobile Preferred app on Google playstore. I've tried both beta version for 9.1 which only connects if certificates are disabled and the One-x Mobile for IPO. Both perform same way.

Wonder if anyone has experienced the same and if so how it was resolved. Any input would be appreciated

I'd just like to get that far w the Onex client... Is there any resource showing how to get a basic config working w the Onex client and an IPO500? I've wasted so much time on this that I finally gave up and used a 3rd pty SIP client on IOS. It connected the first time and works great, but I'd really like to take advantage of all the Onex features that are supposed to be so great...

Wat about reading the manual?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Indeed, Jeff if you are a well versed IP Office engineer with a fair degree of networking knowledge and have programming control over the system, network and DNS settings etc then it's entirely achievable after some trial and error. If you aren't trained or experienced on IP Office and are trying to learn as you go and/or have little networking knowledge and access to settings as mentioned then you are always going to struggle, it isn't end user/customer level programming :)
