Got this working perfectly on my iphone and another android device. On the S5 though, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get to the settings key to change my server info, etc. I tried pressing and holding all the icons in the app. Anyone know? On my other android device there is 3 vertical dots that I press for the settings - S5 doesn't have that.

Press and hold the bottom left button on the phone until settings pops up.
Tested on an S5.
