Anyone knows if it works?

Doc says iOS 4 & 5, but 6 has been out awhile already. Right now I can use my Droid phone no prob, but my customer's iPhone doesn't work, either with WiFi on LAN or through public IP.

Also, right now the public IP is that, an IP. Droid works, wondered maybe if iPhone works only through domain name.

Thx

I have had this before.

Check in One-x Portal admin that the XMPP is configured as the local ip address and not 127.0.0.1.

Solved my problem

I guess you are referring to the IM/Presence XMPP Domain Name; I have the public (WAN) IP configured; not 127.0.0.1

That's what I was wandering; my Samsung Droid phone resolves the public IP, maybe iPhone needs a domain (avaya.customer.name)

When trying to login with iPhone, it doesn't even search; as soon as you save the error window pops up

You need an FQDN for this as per the docs
