One X Mobile on 9.1

Afternoon
Running a UCM with OneX and VMpro on 9.1 sp1. Iphone 5s on the latest os. I have a Power user license. I also have a FQDN. I've got the app on the phone to connect and oneX is working. but when I turn the voip mode on it says voip partially connected? I have ports 5060 & 5061 forwarded to the IP500V2 and alg is turned off on the router. So what am I missing?

You also have to forward the NAT RTP ports configured in IPO and have to enable remote extension option in IPO.

Strangely, I am having the same issue. One-X mobile works fine on andriod but VOIP is partially connected on iOS.
