One-x Mobile not able to retrieve VM message??

Hello everyone, i`m using one-x mobile on latest 8.1.78 One-x portal release. Everything work fine with the apps on the iphone but when i receive a VM message and i click on the message and try to listen to it, nothing happens...I see 3 new messages but not able to listen to them..
Anyone knows something about that issue?? Could it be a port problem?

Are one-x portal and VM Pro installed on the same machine?

are you logged in on an actual hardphone too?
If not then the voicemail part does not work on the client.

I work with rollfig

All One-x mobile client have this problem iphone and android
The One-X portal and Vm Pro are on the same server
We used the bat file to open firewall port
All applications are up to date
We connect to hardphone

Make sure you have your VM server assigned in the One-X Providers in Default-VMPro-Provider.

This is really needed otherwise the VM option does not work!

Yes users are logged in with a hardphone.
We know that there is a kind of communication between the one-x and vmpro because we are seeing the voicemail on the mobile, we see the caller ID, we can redial it or delete the voicemail fine. The problem is for the playback/listening of the voicemail itself on the One-x Mobile (iphone or android)that is not working.

Do you have IIS set up on your VM Pro server and do you have the web voicemail option installed (blanking on the proper name, but it doesn't show up until the VM Pro server sees IIS)? I believe that is a prereq.

Just a thought, as I have the same issue on my test system and just need to find the time to add IIS...
