SIP Lines are up and working
Mobile App for android connects and works, i.e can check VM, call internally, receive calls from internal and outside via mobile twinning etc.

the issue:

Using the mobile app I go to call an outside number (watching system status) the call connects to the cell - no issues
then the 2nd leg connects to the outside number - big issue NO audio for either side.

hears the kicker, I can pick the call up from the desk phone and boom their is the audio, then I can send the call back to the mobile device and their is still audio.

so can anybody help me figure out why in the world the initial connection of the 2nd leg has no audio for either side?????

appreciate it.

Tried to enable PRACK/100rel Supported on the SIP trunk?

RTP is enabled, one thing that i failed to mention is speaking with our SIP provider they noticed on the second leg their seems to be a failure of RTP packets coming in to them.

Did you setup the port forwarding correctly?
Did you setup the SIP remote worker part correctly?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

5222, 5269, 8444 are open and forwarded to the IP Office Ip address

not sure what you are referring to as the SIP remote worker part...

I have not done anything with SIP Remote Ext enable (if that is what you are referring too) as i have seen no documentation to reflect its use for the one-x platform or through our SIP provider.

Then do a better search and configure the IPO and port forwarding as it should.
This is too much to tell you here.

well what changed with that since 8.0?

that was not needed in 8.0 and we did not have any issues. will continue looking for documentation more in depth about that other then the help menu.

The ports 5222, 5269, and 8444 should go to the One X server and ports 5060-UDP and 5061-UDP need to point to the IPO.

5222, 5269, 8444 go to the server = check (I see i miss typed above about where my ports were forwarded too)

as for 5060, and 5061

Intermedia Accessline Sip services uses port 6060 udp which forwarded to the ip office.

5061 by default is used for TLS in R9 which is not used by our SIP provider and I did not see where the One-X portal uses this port, so Blue should I still have that port forwarded to the IP Office?

My Android uses TLS and connects using 5061, so I would. If you have a solid green connection indicator, you can check in System Monitor > Status > SIP phone status, and you will see what protocol is in use under "transport". All the systems I've configured, I've made 5060 and 5061 to be forwarded, and so far so good. I'm not 100% sure but I would guess that 6060 is used by your provider for the trunk but your SIP devices will still use 5060 and 5061 to connect to the IPO.

You also need RTP and that is configured with the SIP remote worker.
