We are trying to get One-X mobile working on our demo system but are running into some issues.

It works perfectly on Wifi. When on the cellular network, the app connects and can make and receive calls. However there is no audio at all.

We have opened all ports in the documentation. We also tried opening up the firewall completely in case we had missed a port, but that did not work either. Any help would be much appreciated.

Opnened the RTP ports 49152 - 53246 as well?

Disable direct media path.

Yes I opened the RTP ports. Where do I disable direct media path?

Keep alive was enabled. I think I found the issue, SIP ALG was not disabled on our Cisco ASA. Disabling that seems to have fixed the issue, although I have to do some more testing to make sure. Thanks for your help!

Put this NoUser source number in:

REMOTE_H323=1800

Then it should work hopefully.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I had the exact same issue and had to add a STUN server, now it works great!

All is still working well, just one little quirk that I'm having.

When I make a call to an extension from my One-X Mobile App, I get a popup on my phone saying "Incoming Call" with an Accept and Reject button. If I hit accept it then rings the phone that I was calling. I would expect that to happen when receiving a call, but why is it happening when making a call too?

Because Avaya assumes that the cost of the call is for the company.

Now any employee can use their own private GSM without any costs for themselves..

Ahh I see. I just had to select the option to place calls using Voip and it doesn't pop up anymore. Thanks!
