Hi all

I installed an IPOv2 with app server running on bare metal on version 10.1
Everything works fine except they have licenses for 40 power users which they use One-X mobile internally only on Samsung Galaxy J3's.
They use Unifi meshed wireless which is not the issue.

Intermittently the One-X mobile application will go into partial connection, this could be every 2 minutes or every 2 days but if I watch system status and system monitor I can see them dropping and re-registering.
I've tested with the phone being idle connected to one access point in one location so no roaming involved.
It seems the IPO de registers the SIP due to a keep-alive according to system monitor.
I have standard sip licenses as well and registering straight to the IPO does the same thing all though it's not as noticeble as it re registers quicker then One-X mobile.

15:42:16 2876571589mS Sip: SIP Extn 672 change registration state to unregistered mobile simultaneous, reason:Keep alive

I've even set up a server edition with trial licenses from Avaya and only had one Cisco wireless access point with one phone connected and it still drops.
Avaya's 'VoiP' supported list of Android phones seems to be out of date as you can't buy them new anymore but I managed to get a Samsung S4 which has the same issue.
Registering x-lite from the PC seems to be o

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue?

keepalives are enabled, I'm not sure you can disable them in the One-X mobile application.
There are no external users, its just internal users on WiFi.
The IPO just drops the SIP part of the connection.

I've run this up on 5 systems now and getting the same issue on all of them but it seems it's just Android.

what version of Android?

you might want to try an older phone if they are all recent versions

Thanks Westi

I have a Galaxy Note 5 running android 7, Galaxy S8 running latest Android, Galaxy S4 running Android 5.1(only one on the Avaya VOIP supported doc) and Samsung J3's.

I'm pretty sure it's the application and keeping wifi active. Even though it keeps the connection with the app server and drops the sip connection with the IPO.
Someone has left a comment on the play store about the same issue and I'm sure in the past the app was more stable.
