Hello all,

This is for my shop's IPO 8.1(63) with VM Pro. We've installed one-x portal on our server and forwarded the appropriate ports to the server for the mobile app to work but no success. We can get it working locally on our shop's wi-fi. We've followed the document's instructions but can't get it to work outside of our office. Anyone have any pointers? Thanks.

Do you point to a URL or a IP Address?
Best practice is to have a URL like avaya.mydomain.com which redirects to the one-x portal server and your local DNS server must route internal requests to that URL to the internal ip address of the one-x portal server.
Only port forwarding is not enough, follow the docs by the letter.

We pointed it to the IP address, we'll try URL, thanks.

You will need the FQDN (URL) and then it will work fine.
