one-x mobile cannot retreive message from voicemail?

Hello,

one-x mobile apps on latest IPO R10

Everything is working fine except when we try to retreive the message from the voicemail, we see it but when we press the play button nothing happen..

Any hint?

But is the vm pro server able to reach the mobile phone via internet?

Can you ping to the mobile?

Only IPO , voicemail and one-x on the same server..

Could it be a port not forward issue on my customer side?

Is it a IPO500V2?

VM pro and One-X portal as a application server or windows?

or is it a virtual IPO with VM pro and One-X portal on one server?
