One-X Mobile & legacy PRI

I am thinking of upgrading our ip500 from 4.0.14 to 4.2. I have read about the one-X Mobile and found this in the notes :
The trunk requirements for the “Star Star Service” FNE are the same as for the one-X Mobile. That is, trunks that support clearing supervision are required. Supported trunk types are:
a. IP500 Universal PRI (Not supported on legacy PRI on a carrier card)
b. IP500 BRI
c. SIP (RFC2833)

We currently have CARRIER/PRIS E1 (As shown in Office Manager) Which i’m guessing are Legacy PRI on Carriers.
So will I be unable to use the one-X Mobile, Also will this stop anything else from working, Can i do the upgrade to 4.2 with these in ?

You need the new universal pri card for one-x mobile
But you can upgrade system, no problem
Only you can not use the new mobility features !
