Hi,

I have a customer who I am working with on a one x assist issue. The One X works fine on the server...meaning he logs in with a user's credentials, the profile loads up with all the messages. When he logs in on the application from the user's computer, it logs into the portal but none of the messages populate. Just displays 'checking messages'. When I went into the 'configure' tab, it shows a 'detected' profile from the server but not from the local user's machine. What is wrong? The customer told me that there was an issue with this before and believe .net framework has to be installed with a different version or something. Any ideas? I've already uninstalled and installed the One x software from the user's machine.

It's usually a browser issue. What browser are you using ?
IS VMPRO Provider green in 1XP admin page ?
 
I would have to contact the customer to ask him these questions. Once we login under admin, is it on the main page, the VMPRO Provider?
We also login through the Call Assistant.

Now,

I saw that the customer can login to the portal from the server for each user, but it still shows 'checking messages'...followed by display box that comes up saying, 'not connected to the server, refresh browser or connection will be lost'. I believe its not connecting to the voicemail pro service to retrieve the profile. Under configuration, it does not even pull up a 'detected' profile. We tried google chrome, and IE, same result.
