I installed One-X and the outlook plugin. now when trying to dial using outlook contacts it does not add the 9. any way to fix this without editing each individual contact?

1XP itself can not do this so you need to use shortcodes to fix this.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

You could simply create a shortcode to match what is dialled, it will not match normally (as users dial 9) and extn dialling will not take priority (I don't think) in this case as apps/TAPI etc dial en bloc :)

How do you apply the short code only to 1xp? The user still needs to be able to dial from the handset.

You don't need to only apply it to OXP, just add it to the user/system as mentioned above if done correctly it will not match with normal use :)

I added the following system short code. it captures the call and seizes the line but never sends the digits.
code = XXXXXXXXXX
feature = dial 3k1
number = N
Line ID 0 (also tried 51 main)
