one-X Communicator 1

While using one-x communicator to place and receive calls I can select "This Computer" "Desk Phone" but cannot select "Other Phone" it is grayed out. Even under the settings Outgoing calls it is grayed out. I have users that roam to differnt sites and need the ability to run in telecommuter mode to a differnt extension that is connected via DCS on our WAN. Am I missing something? I even used the admin tool and allowed "Other Phone".

Under general settings click phone numbers. Here you define the numbers you want to use. Press add and add the number you want. Then in settings under outgoing calls you will be able to select the number. If you are logged in at the time you must log out and back in to activate the change.
