Hi All,

Have completed system move and upgrade to latest level 9 sp4. IP500v2, 1XP & VMPro Customer used to be on Level 7. Fresh install of 1XP server and VM on new sever 2008R2. On users machine de-install of old Call Assistant and install of new call assistant.

3 issues I'm having
1. CA log in details are not being retained after log out ie when the users log's back on in the morning. need to re-enter Server IP, Username and password. PC's have 2 local accounts Admin and user, on install of CA needed to install with admin password due to user rights on users account. Have noticed if right click CA and run as administrator will ask for admin password and then log on details are retained and logs straight in. Any ideas on a way round this, when on level 7 they did not have this issue.
2. Call Popping works even when settings unchecked, ie I can not stop it from popping, Customer uses CA for hot key dial feature.
3. When using hot key dial feature on all but one machine 20 (including my laptop) need to use control and shift plus assigned key, even if I uncheck the shift key and save under settings. When on level 7 needed just to use control and assigned key.

Thanks in advance for any help
