One X Call Assistant not keeping User Information in Citrix

Morning

I have the one x portal running in citrix - which is working ok

The users want to run the call assistant - but every time they log off it drops the IP Address, Username and password info

Does any body know where this is stored. It doesn't appear to be in the my documents

its under users\(profile)\appdata\local\avayainc\(profile folder)\userconfig.xml
