Good afternoon and thank you in advance for all of your assistance.
We have two receptionists utilizing the Avaya One-X Attendant.
Currently the call history window is only showing a maximum of 75 calls.
I have not been able to locate any setting that allows me to adjust this number.
Is there a way to configure this to show more calls in the history?
