One-X Attendant set type

You can use One-X attendant with a PC headset/handset and have the audio go through the application or you can use a PBX extension it doesn't have to be a 302 console for the audio. When you use telecommuter mode which is with a separate extension and not a USB/PC headset/handset make sure you do all of the operation of the calls from the application, the telephone is just there to talk on look at it as a headset even though its an extension on the PBX because that's really all its doing for you.
