Installed one-x Attendant 4.03.001.000 and everything works but the phonebook. It is not "linked" to the MasterDirectory. When I check my configuration via the "System Config" button during the User Login process, but before selecting my profile, both the phonebook setting and the database setting say they are connected ok. There are two default entries in the directory.md (C:\Avaya\Servers\MasterDirectory\Data\Directory.md) and I have not altered anything during the initial installation. But, when I search for either of those entries, it returns zero results.

Since I left everything default during the install, there must be something that I'm not doing that links the phonebook to the MasterDirectory? Anyone help me out? Thanks in advance!

I figured it out. The "Update Service" in the "Configuration Tools" was set to update on Jan 1, 1900 at 12:00AM once a day. I figured it would have updated at least once after it was freshly installed. But, I guess not. I had to set it to today's date and a time a few minutes in the future and changed the interval to something much more frequent than once a day.
