We have just run into an error when an attendant tries to login to the One-X attendant software. It indicates that they "cannot login at this time. The total number of IP stations that are allowed to lo into the server has been reached."
We have two concurrent One-x licenses so it appears that a license is being held open....I think??""
Is there a way to identify what device is holding the license? Or is there a better way to approach troubleshooting this issue?
