One-x attendant BLF

Hi guys, one more issue I require some help with, my BLF turns yellow t indicate that the extension is busy, and when you hold the mouse over a button, you see the name as well as the extension and status floating. However, all you see on the actual button is the extension. How do i get the name to show there as well?
