Just upgraded my ONX server and now the chat facility has dissapeared, also when I have installed the outlook plugging the presence doesnt work. I have tried installing with Admin rights and turned off all firewalls but presence still wont update, Weirdly though when I first installed the software it worked until I log off and back on again. This is driving me bonkers so ant help would be appreciated.

You need to install and run it with admin rights.
The outlook plugin does not have the chat option.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Done that but still no joy, the chat is the One X which isnt showing up

Commcon1-I'm having the same problem as you. All info appears fine on onex. Plugin not showing voicemail messages or current call status. You can get call logs and contacts. We have reinstalled onex as domain administrator. Only admins on the system get plug in to work properly. Regular users do not. This may be a bug that Avaya is going to need to work out in coming maintenance releases.
